What You Need to Know

Life happens, and sometimes plans change—that's okay. We've outlined our cancellation and rescheduling policies below to keep things smooth and fair for everyone. Let's break it down together:

Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel your booking? No problem, but here's how it works:

  • More than 15 days before check-in:

    You'll get most of your money back, but we'll keep 10% of the booking amount as a processing fee.

  • If you cancel within 48 hours and 14 days before check-in,

    50% of the booking amount will be refunded to you.

  • Less than 48 hours before check-in or no-shows:

    Unfortunately, no refund will be issued.

Cancellations must be sent to us via email—no last-minute phone calls or texts.

Rescheduling Policy

Want to shift your dates instead? We get it—plans can be unpredictable. Here's how rescheduling works:

  • More than 15 days before check-in:

    It's free! You can reschedule or postpone (move it earlier) at no extra cost. But here's the catch: once you've changed your dates, you can't modify them again or cancel the booking.

  • Between 7 and 14 days before check-in:

    A small fee of 20% of the booking amount applies.

  • Between 24 hours and 7 days before check-in:

    The fee increases to 50% of the booking amount.

  • Less than 24 hours before check-in:

    Sorry, but no changes can be made now.

A Quick Heads-Up

If you're thinking of changing your plans, the sooner you let us know, the better. And remember, once you reschedule or postpone your booking, the original cancellation terms no longer apply.
